THE COMPOUND |

Compound offers a choice of 3 types of villas: A,B and C, which have
been classified according to area. The compound includes 12 type-A
villas, each occupying an area of 30m2; 8 type-B villas, occupying
an area of 218m2. All villas are set on two luxurious floors, and
have been designed with careful attention to detail. These includes
access to the various satellite channels, as well as a private
garden and carport large enough for 2 cars, with remote-control
gate. |

The ground floor of each villa includes an office, a guest
bedroom, an open plan living room and a kitchen complete
with fitted cabinets and major appliances: fridge,
dishwasher and cooler. |

The first floor is divided into 3 bedrooms with bathrooms, a
family room and a kitchenette complete with a small fridge
and two hot plates. |

The second floor provides complete living accommodations for
a live-in maid, as well as storage facilities and a laundry
room with automatic washer/dryer. |
